  Ricardo A. GRADOS

Attended Sacred Heart University in fairfield, CT where he graduated with a B.A. in Finance. 

Ricardo has extensive expertise with Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Hedge Funds, Funds Administration, Funds Raising, Portfolio Analysis, Back/Middle Office Derivatives Trading Operations, Forex Trading, as well as Commodities Trading Operations.

He has held roles at Barclays Capital, BBVA Securities, and OpHedge Investment Services among others top tier financial institutions. His areas of responsibility and expertise have included enterprise-wide auditing for back/middle office operations for multiple broker/dealers, reconciliations of General Ledgers on behalf of broker/dealers, trade reconciliations, trade processing, settlements, and cash operations as well as direct oversight of global FOREX trading activities for multiple trading funds. 

Specific to his current role with Monaco Private Capital Corp, Ricardo previously served as Fund Administrator for Soros Fund Management, Quantum Funds family as well as Conundrum Capital LLC and Eagle International LLC, Ricardo also runs our Latin American operations team from Lima, Perú, his duties are Financial Advisory for multiple companies in the Mining, Energy, Oil/Gas, Agriculture, Airline, Construction and Manufacture industries, as well as Capital Raising via his global high network of Private Investors as well as Financial Institutions for small and mid size private/public companies, he is also involved in commodities trading operations with gold and cooper.      

Lee Akay

Lee Akay, Managing Director with Monaco Private Capital; he leads the Emerging Technology and Healthcare sectors. 

Provides Venture, Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Pre-IPO wealth and Lifecycle Strategic Advisory Services.  He has experience in new healthcare payment and delivery models and in managing, planning, and creating liquidity events. His industry verticals include Healthcare, Technology, Genetics and Medical Devices. Prior to Monaco Private Capital, Lee was a senior partner with Deloitte and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

In addition to building and operating the business he led large national and international engagements and personally consulted to the Executive leadership in Fortune 500 companies within the: Healthcare, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Telecommunications Industries.

Lee also served as a founding board member for the HealthTech Center, a membership based think-tank established to identify and inform member organizations about emerging trends in innovations and technologies, promote the research and evaluation of technology- enabled interventions and service models to transform care

Lisa Nilsson Levin; Esq.,

Vice President of Monaco Private Capital; Ms. Nilsson Levin has practiced commercial litigation, as a partner for 8 years, with a boutique firm specializing in the successful outcome of lengthy trials for major oil companies. She also has held positions in 3 major international law firms: White & Case, Salans, Simmons & Simmons.

She has been an executive for a technology company, working with the U.S. Federal Intelligence Community and the U.S. Department of Defense. She collaborated with an Internet financial backing firm; and was Vice President for a New York based financial consulting firm.


Richard de Lima

Vice President Strategic Adviser and Board Member of Committee Advisers for Monaco Private Capital Corp.

He holds a Master of International Economics and Finance. Mr. de Lima provides strategic acquisition developments for investment opportunities and partnerships. He brings over 25 years of finance and business development experience.

Mr. de Lima pioneered the launch of several companies including: successful multi-beverage line, fashion apparels and entertainment companies
In addition, Mr. de Lima's 10+ years in the financial markets includes Senior Global Investment Banking Analyst, Institutional Sales and OTC Market Maker where he held several financial securities licenses.


Thomas C. O'Dell 

Thomas C. O' Dell is the former President of CONOCO; Overseas Oil Company (Conoco Phillips) and former Chairman of DuPont Services, B.V., the international exploration project Financing affiliate. 

He is CEO of Carlton Energy Group of Companies, and Managing Director of CCI Global Energy, which he created after retirement from CONOCO specializing in energy-related investments and the purchase and sale of Crude Oil and Refined Products. He Managed the formation and operation of joint venture exploration and development projects in Kazakhstan, China, the Republic of Chad, Latin America, the Middle East, as well as in the United States. 

Mr. O'Dell holds a Business Finance Degree from Texas Christian University, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Bates College of Law, University of Houston, and a Master in Industrial Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he as a Sloan Fellow. He also is a graduate of the International Executive Program jointly by the Columbia Graduate School of Business and ESSEC in Paris. France 


Fernando M. Freudenthal Ovando

Mr. Fernando M. Freudenthal Ovando Energy Director; participated in various transactions with the Bolivian Government in large infrastructure projects, as well as in the fields of energy generation and Oil &Gas exploration.

Mr. Freudenthal is currently managing mining exploration and development projects in Potosi, Bolivia and also is involved in several mining projects and opportunities based mainly in Spain, Bolivia, Peru and South Africa.
